Rebekah Grace Photography offers beautiful newborn photography in the comfort of your own home. I work with natural light and therefore won’t be cluttering your home with lights and stands. I know how hectic life can be with a newborn around and won’t expect you to tidy up before I arrive or change your daily routine of feeding and cuddles. Best of all I know exactly how to keep your baby calm, soothed and happy during the session so I can achieve exquisite and adorable pictures for you to cherish for years to come.
It is recommended that you book in as soon as possible following your 12 week scan so I may reserve a time frame around your due date. I ask you to contact me as soon as your baby has arrived so I may confirm a date convenient to you and book it in the diary. For planned C-sections I can book a firm date for your baby session as soon as you are notified of your date.
Having a baby and becoming a parent is the most amazing and rewarding occasion you will ever experience and your little angel will never be this small again and investing in professional photography is something you will never regret.
A newborn photography shoot lasts up to 3 hours in your home. Newborns look most beautiful in their own skin! However, we have plenty of props, wraps and soft cosy blankets we can play around with during the shoot. Please feel free to add any favorite outfits or teddies you may have.
A newborn portrait shoot usual happens within the first 5-14 days, as this is the perfect time to capture these precious first moments and create lasting memories. At this early stage your baby is extremely happy to be curled up in a bundle and lie perfectly still wherever I place them and quietly drop off to sleep. This then enable me to capture fine art photographs that are as perfect as S/he is.
Please Note – Once your baby is over 14 days old, the newborn curl starts to disappear making it harder to achieve the sleepy baby photos you see on my website. However it is possible to work with babies over the 14 days please contact me to discuss.
